FAGOR Electronica

DEVELOPMENT AND MANUFACTURE OF ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS WITH EUROPEAN TECHNOLOGY.

DIODES

Fagor Electrónica offers a wide range of diodes covering different ranges of powers and voltages, both axial and radial formats as surface mount (SMD), to meet the needs of manufacturers. From rectifiers, ultrafast and Schottky until zener diodes, bridge rectifiers through, transient suppressors .... all solutions, developed to meet the demand of each customer.

THYRISTORS

Thyristors with high immunity to electrical noise and false alarms, when they are controlling nonlinear loads, inductive or capacitive, thereby allowing additional protective elements that are essential to the four quadrants of the thyristors.

The voltage range extends up to 800V and the gate current going from 5 mA for driving up to 50 mA allowing higher immunity to false alarms.

Fagor Electrónica also offers a wide range of formats, including axial, radial and surface mount (SMD).
